On Wednesday, February 16 at 12:00 UTC, we will deploy an update to all Cloud Connectors.
This update will fix an issue where some Cloud Connectors are reported as offline even though they continue to report sensor data and are not actually offline.
A short downtime during reboot is expected. If a Cloud Connector is not online at the time of update, it will automatically update when it is connected next time.
No action is needed on the Cloud Connector, the process is fully automated.
